Compliance
Verity is designed with privacy regulations in mind. We handle personal data only to the extent necessary to provide the transcription service.

External Services
Speech-to-text inference, AI polish, database storage, and authentication all run on Verity-provisioned infrastructure. We operate and control the full software stack, and no audio, transcript, or account data is sent to a third-party AI API provider. These are the only external parties involved:
Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Underlying cloud infrastructure — compute, storage, networking, and observability for the Verity-operated stack (United States). AWS supplies the infrastructure; it does not operate the models or access data independently of Verity. EU/EEA and UK transfers rely on the EU Commission Standard Contractual Clauses.
