The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verity's total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
