This page is the single source of truth for the third-party Sub-processors that Verity Software Inc. engages to deliver the Verity Service. It mirrors Appendix A to the Terms of Service. A current copy is also available to enterprise buyers on request via [email protected].
Definitions used on this page are listed at /legal/definitions. In particular, "Sub-processor" means a third-party service provider engaged by Verity to process Personal Data on Verity's behalf to deliver the Service.
As of 2026-08-01:
During the launch period, Verity has no payment processor — all features are free and no billing data is collected. When paid plans are introduced, a designated payment processor will be added to this list with 30 days' advance notice per the change-notification policy below.
All speech-to-text inference, LLM polish, database storage, and authentication run on Verity-provisioned infrastructure on AWS (Amazon Web Services). Verity operates and controls the full software stack — models, data pipelines, database (PostgreSQL), and authentication (self-hosted GoTrue). AWS provides the underlying compute (EC2), storage (S3), networking, and observability (CloudWatch). No audio, transcripts, or account data are sent to third-party AI API providers.
| Infrastructure provider | Role | Data accessed | Country / Region |

International transfers from the EU/EEA/UK to the United States rely on the EU Commission Standard Contractual Clauses (Decision 2021/914), supplemented by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the recipient is certified. UK transfers rely on the UK Addendum to the SCCs. Copies of SCCs are available on request via [email protected].
